Here a church, there a church, everywhere a church church!

Growing up in a Christian home, I went to church a lot...still do. And growing up in Detroit, I've come to find that the most practiced religion is Christianity. Still, my mind cant fathom why there are so many churches in the city of Detroit...

Driving down Puritan Ave., 7mile Rd., Joy Rd., heck, any busy street, there are churches literally on every corner! Why is that? Perhaps for the convenience of the neighborhood members? I don't know. I'm still on a quest (in my mind) to figure out the answer to that...
